Most dental care offices focusing on children and teens are either a pediatric dental office or an orthodontic office, and they look at each patient only from the filter of their own specialty. Other offices may offer both services, but need two separate specialists to meet the needs of the various patients.

At Evergreen Family Dentistry and Orthodontics, Dr. Dharmini specializes in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics to create a cohesive treatment plan that can grow along with your child.

Since she graduated from a rigorous dual training incorporating all aspects of both specialties, she is fully capable of managing not just the growing patient but also the adolescent or adult patient who may require orthognathic surgery to complete treatment. Because of Dr. Dharmini’s unique position, she is able to monitor little ones who come in for regular dental care and determine when it would be the best time to start orthodontic treatment, or if it would be just fine to wait – and she can do the same for their parents too!
